We aim to deliver every Firthwest order safely, securely, and with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

All orders are shipped using standard tracked shipping. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during promotions, high-volume periods, or inventory audits.

If manual payment verification is required or incorrect billing or shipping details are provided, shipment may be delayed.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear while the parcel is scanned into the courier system.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages.

You will only be charged shipping once.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number under the same order reference.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or packing.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact info@firthwest.com and we will assist in investigating with the courier.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Firthwest is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Firthwest is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
